Faun Fables
on tour from 3 June to 4 July 2027
FAUN FABLES is an american band from Oakland (california). Faun Fables is a vehicle for Dawn McCarthy who was inspired, to write the original material, from her travels∼passes after leaving the New York music scene in 1997. FAUN FABLES also covers twentieth∼century compositions by other authors∼composors & traditional folk songs…
• All albums except the debut one and tours are collaborations∼fusions with Nils Frykdahl { founding member of IDIOT FLESH, CHARMING HOSTESS, SLEEPYTIME GORILLA MUSEUM and FREE SALAMANDER EXHIBIT }, inspired by previous work from McCarthy and her stage character «Dawn the Faun»…
• Yeah ! Since few years ago, Faun Fables grow as a family choir bringing together the 2 parents & the 3 grrrls in a bewitching & dancing ballad !
